Description

Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team member Sales. Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients. Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures. Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor. Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
