Job Purpose/summary: Lead a team of FinOps and Disputes specialists to deliver the value proposition across all customer segments by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing (including internal customers/ICBs), and proper, on-time soft and hard job closure across end-to-end Lead Logistics services. The role drives transformation through digital implementation, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration, embedding The Maersk Way into daily operations Key Responsibilities: Set clear goals and expectations to drive high performance and accountability. Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous development. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to ensure delivery against KPIs. Oversee FinOps activities and ensure operational execution meets service standards. Champion The Maersk Way principles in team behaviors and decision-making. Ensure team initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and customer needs. Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect service delivery. Act as the escalation point for service issues and drive resolution across function Escalate critical risks and lead resolution efforts in collaboration with stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with CX, CPMs, FPOs, and other GSC teams to deliver seamless service. Participate in cross-functional customer teams to ensure alignment and shared accountability Responsible for documenting, maintaining, and governing area-level processes related to FinOps products, ensuring consistency and scalability Responsible for streamlining downstream FinOps processes to support SCM and joint KPI delivery. Ensure consistent process execution and alignment across clients. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of SCM operational and FinOps processes Experience in managing FinOps and Disputes operations Proven ability to monitor and drive performance using key health and operational metrics Experience in supporting L&D initiatives and applying learnings in operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer-centric mindset with focus on service quality and accuracy Good stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to drive process standardization and continuous improvement Functional & Technical Competency: Strong understanding of SCM operational and FinOps processes within Maersk Knowledge of FACT (SAP) system Familiarity with SCP/MODS and SAP–Athena integration Solid understanding of overall SCM business operations Accounting knowledge in job costing, including revenue recognition (RR logic) Understanding of cost management (GR/IR) Customer-centric mindset Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree (preferably Logistics/Customs Administration) Amenable to work during Philippine holidays Willing to work in day shift and site-based working arrangement.
