Project is designed to transform the manufacturing processes and product flow and develop a state-of-the-art gear manufacturing facility. The project will touch and impact a significant portion of the process and systems used in the facility.

  • Responsible for driving the development and implementation of transformative logistics solutions, aimed at optimizing and modernizing our logistics process, enhancing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the end-end planning and execution of logistics transformation projects.
  • Define and lead the strategic roadmap for logistics transformation, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders including logistics, IT, warehouse, third-party vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of automation tools and systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), robotics, real time asset tracking and autonomous transportation technologies.
  • Ensure that systems are seamlessly integrated and operationalized across multiple sites.
  • Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Drive and achieve key performances on safety, people, quality, delivery and costs.
  • Review, develop and implement systems and procedures which comply with Global Trade requirements

Qualification and Education Requirements (Education and Work experience that a candidate should have when applying for position)
Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportations / Engineering /Business Management or related discipline
Minimum years of experience in role:
At least 5 years’ of relevant working experience.
