Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Supervisor/ Manager and/or Director, this position supports the clinical department with the first line direction of the clinical staff and workflow. Responsibilities also include assisting both internal and external customers in providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Vocational Nursing. In addition, this position will assist in orientation/training of new employees as well as participate in the hiring/evaluation process. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college. California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 2 years experience as an LVN in an ambulatory or acute care setting; 4 years preferred.
