Description

Lead Machining Process Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and validation of Block, Head, Crankshaft for high-performance or high-volume engine programs. Lead the technical direction for the Block, Head, Crankshaft subsystem, ensuring it meets all requirements for durability, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), weight, and cost. He will act as the bridge between the design team, manufacturing plants, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and validation of engine blocks, heads, and crankshafts. Acts as the primary technical bridge between design teams, manufacturing plants, and external suppliers.
