THE JOB: The Lead Maintenance Engineer at The Cosmopolitan plays a key role in keeping the property running smoothly during one of our most dynamic times of day. In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of technicians, laborers, and engineers, ensuring scheduled work is clearly assigned and completed efficiently. You’ll perform all duties in alignment with departmental standards and MGM Resorts International policies, helping maintain a safe, reliable, and well-operated environment for both guests and team members. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
