Description Seeking a Lead Maintenance for four properties (Spring Branch - Montrose area). Dependable truck and is okay to float around on several properties. Will have a gas allowance. Experience: Pool with license HVAC with license Make readies Plumbing Electrical Sheetrock, paint skills Water heater/boiler Appliance repairs Savvy with the phone to look at OneSite service requests Duties: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 12 months of onsite experience Possess valid Identification Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.
