Description 800 Tower Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC. Duties: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 12 months of onsite experience Possess valid Identification Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances. Must be energetic and self-motivated. A/C certification – HVAC is required Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience Bilingual preferred but not required Proven experience completing full unit turns and make-readies Strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves) Skilled in drywall repair, painting, etc Ability to complete most maintenance repairs Experience managing work orders and preventive maintenance Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Leadership experience supervising or training maintenance staff preferred EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation
