Description Liberty Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC. Duties: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 12 months of onsite experience Possess valid Identification Must know electrical, plumbing, appliances Certified HVAC License required CPO required Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Requirements Requirements: Need to be AC certified, some experience in all fields of plumbing, electrical, and etc We are located in the Southeast side of Houston.

Responsibilities
