Description PLK Communities is an owner and manager of residential apartment communities. Currently we are in search of a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities
The Lead Maintenance Technician will act as a hands-on leader responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and safety of the residential community. Duties include anticipating and correcting problems, performing all property maintenance needs, and managing HVAC service and repair.
