Description PLK Communities is an owner and manager of residential apartment communities. Currently we are in search of a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and safety of the community, anticipating and correcting problems, and performing property maintenance needs. This role also includes providing leadership and guidance to the maintenance team.
