Description PLK Communities is an owner and manager of residential apartment communities. Currently we are in search of a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities
The Lead Maintenance Technician will be a hands-on leader responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and safety of the residential community by anticipating and correcting problems. Duties include performing all property maintenance needs, grounds upkeep, HVAC service/repair, preparing apartments, and completing work orders.
