Description Build a Brand-New Community from Day One The Martino Group is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance operations for a brand-new Class A apartment community delivering in the next 60 days. This is not a typical maintenance role. This is an opportunity to set the standard, build your team, and take ownership of a luxury asset from first unit delivered through full stabilization.
