Description (7pm-7am Rotating 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule. Only work 14 days a month!) The maintenance lead technician sets the example working alongside their direct reports to keep the facility running safely and efficiently. They will work together with production management to solve problems and be of service to keep production going. Keep the shift on task and oversee work order completion and parts removal. Maintain all equipment and send out reports of findings and audits. Prioritize and schedule work when the maintenance manager is not present. Report all pertinent information back to the maintenance manager. Requirements Requirements: Knowledge of CMMS / with bonus of knowledge of the eMaint system a. Work order, tracking hours, & maintaining inventories b. Manage work order priorities throughout shift c. Audit daily work order completion d. Available for off shift hours e. Willingness to become first responder Working knowledge of plant equipment and components a. Hydraulics b. Pneumatics c. Steam d. Conveyors e. Vacuum systems f. Electrical circuits (24V-480V) g. Air compressors h. Chillers i. Fire Systems Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills A minimum of 7-10 years maintenance experience Has a history of safe work and willingness to follow Evergreen and OSHA rules Ability to lead and grow a team Audit completed jobs against our plant policies Help create direct and indirect reports for presentations Must be able to read and follow prints Requirements Duties and responsibilities: Prioritize machine breakdowns based on communication with production team leads Oversee work order completion and part inventory control system Notify maintenance manager when a production line is down for more than 2 hours Provide shift maintenance coverage and complete maintenance technician duties as needed Assist in keeping shop clean and organized Review, coach, and train team members based on their performance Continues improvement activities All other assigned tasks that are given
