We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to help us keep our property running smoothly. Our ideal candidates will lead our maintenance department, and will jump in and work alongside the team. They enjoy working indoors and outdoors, they like to work hard while having fun, must be able to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! The Job: Our Lead Maintenance Technicians oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. They ensure that the asset is maintained, they motivate and ensures the maintenance team is positive and successful. Specific responsibilities include: Leading maintenance team in regards to performance, job duties, and scheduling Portray excellent customer service while working with residents Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various issues, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, sheet rock, etc. Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory based on property needs, while staying within budget Complete ongoing property and unit inspections as needed, in addition to documenting updates and areas for improvement Coordinate with various vendors as needed regarding outsourced work at the property Ensure that maintenance teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residents Where is the job located?
