Description Lead Maintenance Technician (Warehouse / Industrial) Atlanta, GA $20–$24/hr + Overtime 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) Full-Time Take the Lead on a High-Impact Maintenance Team Ready to step up from “just fixing things” to leading the charge? We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot complex issues, keep a fast-moving warehouse running, and guide other techs when things get tough. If you’re the one people already turn to when something breaks, you’ll fit right in here. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Lead daily maintenance operations in a busy warehouse environment Troubleshoot and repair electrical + mechanical systems Jump in on breakdowns and get equipment back online fast Support and mentor other technicians on the floor Perform and oversee preventive maintenance Coordinate with operations and vendors to minimize downtime Track work orders and repairs in CMMS Equipment You’ll Work On Conveyor systems & warehouse equipment Motors, pumps, compressors, and drives Electrical panels, wiring, and controls HVAC & facility systems General building maintenance Tools & Tech Multimeters, voltmeters, diagnostic tools Hand & power tools CMMS systems Requirements What You Need to Bring 5+ years in industrial / warehouse maintenance Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting Experience with conveyors & facility systems Leadership or mentoring experience Knowledge of OSHA / LOTO safety standards Ability to work independently and take charge Work Environment Active, hands-on warehouse setting Lifting up to 50 lbs Working at heights or tight spaces Occasional overtime or emergency calls Apply Now If you’re a skilled maintenance tech ready to lead, troubleshoot, and make an impact, we want to talk to you.
