Description We are seeking an upbeat and driven individual to join our sales team as a Lead Management Specialist. This role is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers by implementing effective processes that ensure cohesive communication, timely follow-ups, and consistent sales growth. The specialist will manage the lead capture process from start to finish, nurturing potential customers and supporting both internal and external sales teams to achieve seamless and efficient customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with leads, customers, dealers, and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) through consistent communication. Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and in-person discussions with potential customers. Update and track all interactions and contact information in the CRM system (ZOHO) for potential and existing customers. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and dealers to ensure a smooth and seamless buying process. Demonstrate knowledge of the company’s products and assist in selling them to leads and customers. Sell buildings to dealers and potential customers using the online sales order system. Respond to day-to-day sales inquiries and provide customer and dealer support via phone and email. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials. Provide comprehensive support to the sales team and undertake other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective customer and dealer interactions. Proficiency with CRM software, especially ZOHO, and general office applications. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in sales support or customer relationship management is preferred. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to relationship-building. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize follow-ups. Confidence in product knowledge and closing sales online.
