OVERVIEW

Dependable, phone-forward lead manager needed to handle warm inbound leads from online ads: manage email sequences, call warm leads, and book 15-minute discovery calls. Remote-friendly; must be comfortable with standard 10:00 AM–6:00 PM hours and occasional Saturday swaps.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & TRAITS

• Comfortable making high-volume phone outreach to warm leads (not cold-calling strangers).
• Extremely dependable and honest with time reporting.
• Strong written English for email follow-up.
• Highly organized — meticulous CRM notes and disciplined follow-up cadence.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with HubSpot or able to learn CRMs quickly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage inbound leads from Meta ads and start scheduled email sequences.
• Call warm leads who don’t respond to email and book 15-minute discovery calls.
• Update HubSpot with call notes, statuses, and next steps.
• Handle reschedules and cancellations professionally and promptly.
• Track daily activity (calls placed, contacts reached, appointments booked).
• Work independently but coordinate handoffs with salespeople.
