About The Position
Position Location: Port Pirie or Port Augusta
Position Status: Full Time

The Lead Manager, Business Development and Service Design will support the organisation to take a planned and systematic approach to achieving strategic goals in service expansion. The role also ensures UCSA and UCH maintain a structured approach to service quality and accreditation.
The Lead Manager will undertake investigation and exploration to inform tender and project initiatives. Providing expertise in research methodology, research design, data collection, and data analysis, this position supports the development and implementation of innovative, evidence-based, high-quality services aligned with the Agency’s Strategic Plan.
This role requires an ongoing satisfactory Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check and is subject to all screening and assessment requirements of State and Commonwealth legislation that interacts with the Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017.
