Description
About Us We are a family-operated real estate investment and home-buying company serving homeowners throughout the Bay Area. With more than 15 years of experience, our team has purchased and transacted numerous homes across Northern California. Our mission is to provide homeowners with a direct, honest, and hassle-free way to sell their property. We work with sellers navigating life transitions such as probate, inherited homes, relocation, and distressed properties. By purchasing homes directly, we eliminate listing agents, repairs, open houses, and months of uncertainty. Our team is known for delivering a concierge-level experience by assisting homeowners with moving coordination, hauling, donation coordination, estate sale referrals, and flexible closing timelines. We operate with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to doing what is right for the homeowners and communities we serve. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Lead Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into qualified opportunities and scheduling appointments for our Acquisitions Team. This is a relationship-driven role focused on empathy, professionalism, organization, and consistent follow-up. This is consultative, empathetic, and situation-based. The Lead Manager speaks with homeowners, educates sellers, builds trust, sets appointments, and moves deals toward contracts. You will regularly work with homeowners navigating situations such as probate, inherited homes, distressed properties, or relocation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, helping people through important life transitions, and building long-term relationships rather than quick one-call sales. What We Offer Independent contractor (1099) position with hybrid collaboration Base compensation: $65,000 annually Performance bonuses: $250 per closing On-target earnings $80,000 to $95,000 annually A collaborative, high-performance team environment focused on growth and results Access to elite real estate networks and masterminds to accelerate your professional development A culture built on respect, simplicity, and accountability Meaningful work where you help homeowners navigate real situations and create life-changing outcomes Long-term career growth; not just a temporary stepping stone Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Calls / Lead Generation Manage inbound calls and web leads while making outbound calls to potential sellers using our internal database and lead generation strategies. Lead Qualification Gather and evaluate information from sellers to determine deal potential and prioritize high-conversion opportunities. CRM Management Maintain accurate records by updating lead information, follow-ups, and statuses in Salesforce. Follow-Up & Relationship Building Build trust with homeowners through consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a genuine approach while explaining how we can help with their situation. Lead Auditing & Reporting Review call activity and lead details to ensure accurate data and identify next steps to improve performance. Appointment Scheduling Schedule and confirm appointments between qualified sellers and Acquisition Managers, ensuring decision-makers are present. Pipeline Development Consistently nurture and follow up with leads to build a strong pipeline and drive conversions. Important Attributes for Success in This Role Ability to build genuine relationships with homeowners Ownership mindset in managing your lead pipeline Consistent follow-up and long-term communication Professional and confident communication Patience with sales cycles that may range from 6–12 months Resourceful communication across phone, text, email, and video Success in this role will be measured through key performance indicators including appointment scheduling ratios, lead response time, consistent follow-up, and CRM management. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to guide conversations confidently, and a sales mindset focused on identifying opportunities and moving prospects toward a scheduled appointment. Qualifications All candidates will complete personality and cognitive assessments as part of the hiring process to ensure strong alignment.
