REYNOLDS AMERICAN HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A LEAD MANAGER – PERFORMANCE (FMC) IN WINSTON-SALEM, NC.

The Lead Manager – Performance (FMC) role reports to the Director – FMC Performance (FMC). The team is looking for someone curious to understand the drivers behind business performance and work to discover insights to help inform the direction of the business.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Support the Performance team in providing a holistic understanding of performance versus forecast
• Provide analysis of performance across key sales metrics (STW, STR, RSD) to identify key trends and drivers.
• Explaining our performance vs both previous trends and planned delivery targets.
• Work to evolve and maintain our reporting frameworks to drive efficiency.
• Understand our brands, competitive brands, and key category trends.
• Partner with key stakeholders (Forecasting, Brand teams, Growth Management, Planning and Deployment, and Trade Marketing) to understand key activities impacting our brands and to ensure alignment and understanding of performance drivers.
