Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role will drive recruitment and manpower growth through conceptualizing innovative schemes and initiatives that will aid the agency leaders in recruiting and retaining talented individuals as Financial Consultants (FC) and Wealth Manager (WM).
You will also be responsible for formulating policies and processes, enhancing current workflows, as well as provide data analysis in recruitment, performance management and attrition of new reps.
Responsible to lead the Manpower Development Managers and oversee various projects for the department. Collaborate with the Agency Cluster Heads and Business Management team in relation to drive manpower and recruitment growth for one agency.
