Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that reduce waste and improve throughput
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to streamline assembly lines and workflows
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues using data-driven methods
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to optimize operations and reduce costs
  • Lead automation initiatives, including robotics integration into existing production systems
  • Work with plastic injection molding to improve current products and support new product launches
  • Leverage CNC machining and CAM programming to enhance capabilities and reduce cycle times
  • Interpret and work from technical schematics, blueprints, and system diagrams
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and apply innovative solutions when possible
