Description
Job Purpose: This role is responsible for Overseeing and enhance the quality of operational services provided an assistant based on CEER's Manufacturing Operations Divisions’ standards. Key Functional Responsibilities: • Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders effectively, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment • Develop standardized work and train team members to implement standardized work • Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions • Participate in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operation, and perform scheduled operator maintenance activities • Comply with CEER’s and industry safety regulations, guidelines, and protocols and maintain clean and orderly work areas. • Coordinate the safety checks and ensure that all components adhere to the required safety and quality standards, and specifications to prevent accidents or hazards. • Help in continuously monitoring and optimizing quality processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and ensure high-quality output. • Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and operator maintenance on various production equipment, including stamping, press, and other shop Quality equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Keep accurate records of activities, including repairs, replacements, and schedules. • Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate schedules, prioritize work orders and optimize system performance. Education: • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Manufacturing Operation, Engineering, or any related Field. Experience: 3 years relevant experience in a similar field.
