Over 6.7 million cases of Baileys Original and Baileys Flavours leave the gates of these two sites every year, destined for over 130 countries worldwide. As a Lead Manufacturing Technician at Diageo in Mallusk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our liquid processing operations. You will support the Shift Manager in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production by interpreting schedules, deploying resources, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will help maintain workplace safety, product excellence, and environmental responsibility while driving performance through mentoring, training, and problem-solving. You will also oversee daily operational reviews and autonomous maintenance activities, ensuring all established standards are consistently met About You We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive professional with a strong background in manufacturing or process operations, ideally within a fast-paced, dedicated environment. Responsibilities
As a Lead Manufacturing Technician, you will oversee liquid processing operations and support the Shift Manager in ensuring safe and efficient production. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace safety and product excellence.
