Lead Paramount Printing – Dalton, GA Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am We are seeking an effective and motivated Team Lead with a proven ability to drive performance and ensure operational goals are met. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and coaching team members to achieve both individual and team objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader who fosters accountability, collaboration, and a positive work environment. Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress toward departmental goals. * Lead, motivate, and coach team members to support performance and professional development. * Manage performance by providing feedback, guidance, and corrective action when necessary. * Identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely and effective manner. * Promote and maintain the health, safety, and welfare of team members. * Foster open communication and collaboration across the team and with leadership. * Create and sustain a positive, productive work environment. * Perform additional related duties as assigned. Requirements: * Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions effectively. * Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). * Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems and other database software. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. * High attention to detail and accuracy.
