ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

Primary requirements

The candidate will ideally have the following competencies and experience:

  • Be fluent in English and one or more languages from the North territory (DK, SE, NO, FI, NL or event French or German)
  • A proven track record of success – ideally a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant, Consultant, Project Lead, ideally in the marketing technology area)
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Certification is a plus)
  • Be able to work with an extended team to plan and implement upon a targeted engagement campaign
  • Having the curiosity and tenacity to undertake deep, relevant client discovery and to ensure that the resulting presentation and solution demonstration solves for the identified business challenges
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to teams, occasionally larger groups, CMOs and senior officers.
  • A passion for storytelling to bring customer engagements to life using impactful presentation and solution demonstration content
  • Having a results driven mentality to maximize the impact of all Marketing Cloud solution messaging in a language that resonates with the customer
  • Agility to thrive with change, and variety, often working across multiple concurrent customer engagements
  • Be an autonomous self-starter that is able to handle and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Be up to date of the latest trends in customer marketing, martech, customer experience and customer engagement
  • Have an appetite to innovate Salesforce solutions to drive improvements in both customer and colleague experience
  • Have a passion for continual personal development

Secondary requirements

It would be excellent, but not at all crucial, if the candidate has:

  • Be fluent in another language
  • Public Sector experience (central government, healthcare, transportation, etc.) or Education experience
  • Hands on experience on Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Loyalty Management or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Relevant digital marketing qualifications or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • Experience with product management or implementation
