Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to join the balance transfer marketing team in Consumer Lending Marketing. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the execution of balance transfer marketing to existing credit card customers. This includes managing the overall execution plan, developing creatives and business requirements, executing controls to ensure flawless campaign implementation, and working with channel partners to improve channel performance and to drive customer response.

  • Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area
  • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
