Description:
ABOUT BLUEFORCE ENERGY
At BlueForce, we lead in sustainable energy and transportation with over 30 years of industry expertise. Our focus on custom EV conversions, battery storage, and renewable energy solutions puts us at the forefront of eco-friendly innovation.
As the demand for sustainable energy solutions grows, our team is leading the electric vehicle revolution. We are looking for a Lead Marketing Manager to help us shape our marketing approach, ensuring that we’re reaching the right audience and delivering measurable results.
If you’re passionate about green energy, want to work in a dynamic industry, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love for you to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the helm in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies designed to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
SUMMARY
The Lead Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic and creative liaison between our engineering, product, and commercial teams, shaping how we communicate the value of our solutions to the market. This role requires a strong technical background and marketing expertise, as well as the ability to lead the Social Media and PR teams. You will translate complex product offerings—EV conversion kits, energy storage solutions, and more—into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will guide our Social Media and PR strategy to build brand awareness, reputation, and trust in the marketplace. You’ll lead a talented team, collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering teams, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize our lead generation efforts.
Work Term: Full time, 35 hours/week, permanent.
Work Arrangements: On-site, 100-5400 Minoru Blvd. Richmond, BC.
