This means we need marketing expertise engrained in our operations equipped with leading edge capabilities, tools, and methodologies. These need to be developed and embedded throughout the business, to keep pace with consumers and get ahead of the competition.
In this role, you will manage adoption of Marketing & Growth Organization playbooks and guidelines into all parts of the company, operationalize the marketing programs, and work to embed core tenets of our Marketing Charter through scaled efforts to build company-wide adoption of best-in-class marketing across AT&T.
The candidate will spearhead Workfront enablement and support inclusive of streamlining our marketing operations through the effective use of Workfront, development of marketing operations reporting and analytics to drive the adoption of new processes and tools across our organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our marketing team and partners embrace and effectively utilize new solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate would be considered a subject matter expert in marketing fundamentals and have experience in driving change through strategic process implementation. They should be grounded in data driven decision making, marketing resource management implementation strategy and continuous improvement and process optimization.
