JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Lead Marketing specialist supports the execution of global marketing strategies for our ViewPoint portfolio. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, regional and segment marketing, marketing communications, regulatory, and legal—to ensure successful product launches, consistent messaging, and alignment with global business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, regulated industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and support execution of global go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, and product launches
  • Support the rollout and adoption of product messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to global healthcare markets
  • Work with Research teams to conduct competitive and market research to support strategic planning and product differentiation
  • Collaborate with product and segment counterparts as well as regional and segment marketing teams to adapt and localize global content and campaigns
  • Help create and maintain sales enablement tools, including job aids, training decks, battle cards, etc. and customer enablement and product adoption tools including quick guides, quick cards and tutorial videos
  • Partner/ collaborate with external agencies to support project execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption and marketing effectiveness especially project timelines and on-time delivery
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory, brand guidelines and standards
  • Work within our MarTech infrastructure for asset creation, approvals, publication, and more
  • Collaborate with and support region and segment marketing teams to ensure accuracy, fit, and alignment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or professional education degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing or product marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with global marketing practices and regulatory considerations in the medical device space
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions (including PowerPoint and Excel), Collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Miro) and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Desired qualifications and experiences that can also be further developed “on the job” are:

  • Experience supporting global product launches or working with international teams
  • Familiarity with Social Media amplification tools (e.g. EveryoneSocial, Haiilo)
  • Basic design or video editing skills
  • Experience with customer communities and advisory boards
  • International work experience
