The successful applicant will be responsible for performing and leading subordinate efforts on stress, vibration, and heat transfer analyses. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise on a variety of engine and power systems programs. You will use your expert knowledge of engineering discipline and standards, processes and tools to ensure compliance to customer and program requirements. Other responsibilities include communicating with Project engineering teams, resource and manpower planning, conduction of design reviews, presentations to internal and external customers, ensuring proper documentation of work performed and engaging and leading department process improvement initiatives.
