Job Purpose: Lead – Mechanical is responsible for providing strategic leadership in planning, installation, and management of mechanical systems within the precast business unit. The role ensures factory setup, equipment lifecycle management, and mechanical policies are designed and executed to achieve operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost optimization. By aligning cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors, the Lead – Mechanical drives innovation, reliability, and long-term sustainability of mechanical operations.
Responsibilities
The Lead – Mechanical is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the planning, installation, and management of mechanical systems within the precast business unit. This role ensures factory setup, equipment lifecycle management, and mechanical policies are executed to optimize efficiency, safety, and cost.
