REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • Read and interpret technical documentation and drawings, apply basic math to configure/build assemblies, and understand both written and verbal concepts to fabricate piping/tubing systems.
  • Experience with high pressure tubing, process piping and small bore (3/4”) tube bending,
  • Estimating project labor, materials, and schedule.
  • Basic sheet metal fabrication experience (shears, punches, press brakes, & sheet metal rolls).
  • Proficiency with manual shop equipment including horizontal/vertical band saw, table saw, drill press, lathe, and Bridgeport style milling machines.

MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

  • An Associates degree is preferred but is not required.
  • 5 years of related work experience is required.
  • Experience with process systems/applications and related equipment is required.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
