We’re looking for a skilled Team Lead / Senior Technician to support daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting. Mentor new hires and trainees; provide hands-on support as needed. Ensure all work meets brand, safety, and quality standards. Perform in-process checks and partner with Quality Control to resolve issues. Communicate job status, risks, and scope changes with the Service Team. Execute work according to schedule and proactively report delays. Maintain clean, organized work areas and protect customer assets. Support job staging, accurate reporting, and coordination with subcontractors. Provide job estimates when requested. Requirements Strong technical background and problem-solving skills 5 + years marine experience with diagnostics and multiple disciplines, diesel, systems, etc. Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a team Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism Reliable communication and coordination skills Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
