Communicate inaccuracies in the care plan to the Director Residential Services. Perform basic assistance with daily living activities Promote a cordial environment for residents, families, visitors, and co-workers; assist in maintaining a “home-like” environment. Complete EHR required documentation for medication and treatment administration. Follow-up on EHR dashboard throughout the shift to prevent delays/noncompliance. Assist with onboarding and training new employees. Provide accurate follow through for written/faxed orders from physician to pharmacy. Answer all call lights promptly and with a great attitude. Report any changes in residents’ conditions to the Charge Nurse promptly. Complete required documentation in accordance with Community policies and State and/or Federal regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education, Experience, and Skills: High school diploma or GED CPR certification Medication Administration Training Three years’ experience working as a medication technician in an Assisted Living setting Intermediate computer skills Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 1 year of experience in supervisory or lead role Ready to Make a Difference?
