As one of the more experienced members of the MA team, the Lead is often paired with the Site Medical Director for care provision and utilizes days not serving as a provider’s MA to support other MAs at the site both through task assistance, coaching/training, and some administrative responsibilities. Job Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. At least two years’ related experience required. 3. Current Medical Assistant credentials or certification preferred. 4. Basic Life Support Certification required. Salary: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 7 Paid Holidays, 124 PTO hours within the first year, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Worksite Wellness Program and much more.
