REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Office Assistant/Specialist program or Acconts Payable program preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology required
• Experience with patient check-in and check-out process (according to clinic protocol)

• Heavy focus on accounts payable (AP) and manages the market(s) vendor payment by processing invoices, verifying purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies and preparing payments to ensure timely and efficient financial operations.
• Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, managing vendor files, collaborating with internal departments for expense coding, and supporting audits.
• Essential skills for this role include accurate data entry, strong communication, proficiency with accounting software, and efficient time management.
