In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of customer interactions! You will be someone with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s features and very good business acumen. Your wealth of product expertise will enable you to deliver and execute smart technology and software solutions. Experience in solution design and leading workshops will be a huge asset as well. Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako 7+ Years of proven experience implementing and training users on Business Central Comprehensive understanding and knowledge across core Business Central modules Strong capability in leading customer workshops to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and drive alignment Background in food manufacturing and/or warehousing, particularly with scanning solutions, is preferred. Familiarity with AppSource apps and ISV solutions Background in pre-sales support and leading project teams is a must Expertise in solution design and facilitating client workshops A track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills A collaborative, customer-focused mindset About us | Mō mātou We have 30 years of experience as a New Zealand-owned technology consultancy.
