Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum of 5 years of experience in Middleware administration. Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server environments. Experience supporting business-critical production systems. "Availability for out-of-hours support and participation in on-call rotations." Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Middleware Knowledge Administration and configuration of: IBM WebSphere Application Server IBM IHS JBoss / Red Hat EAP Apache Tomcat IBM MQ Apache HTTP Server and NGINX SSL/TLS certificate management. Load balancing and high-availability configurations. Application monitoring and troubleshooting. DevOps Skills Automation using: Ansible Bash or PowerShell scripting Design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
