Primary Responsibilities Oversee emergency water extraction services. Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged. Perform demolition tasks. Responsible for the setup of emergency services equipment. Effectively supervise crew members and other employees on job sites. Adheres to EPA, OSHA and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling. Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job. Review the daily requirements of projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges encountered. Inspect all jobs on a weekly basis or as needed for quality control, safety and compliance. Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep these clean and in perfect conditions of use. Must Haves IICRC water certification required. Supervisory experience in the restoration construction industry. Experience using MICA, Dash or any other related water mitigation software. Understanding of basic construction safety. Ability to effectively use communication devices and technology. Excellent problem solving, leadership and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to be flexible and adaptable based on business needs. Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines. Ability to travel and work at night and during weekends. Deep knowledge of the principles and practices of customer service. Strong attention to detail. Ability to interpret mold assessment protocols for remediation work. Eligible to operate a vehicle per company policy.
