We’re looking for someone with real-world field experience in mitigation—bonus if you have reconstruction skills or a handyman background. What You’ll Do: Respond to new emergency losses quickly and lead on-site execution Handle inspections, demo, moisture mapping, extraction, equipment setup Maintain field documentation (DASH, Xactimate, Docusketch) Coordinate with the team to ensure jobs run on time and under control Lead and train mitigation techs, delegate tasks, and set quality standards Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response Assist in post-mitigation cleaning, contents, or estimating as needed Why Join Paul Davis Downriver?
