We specialize in helping homeowners and businesses recover after damage caused by water, fire, mold, and weather events. We are seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll assess property damage, determine salvageable materials, perform mitigation and drying processes in line with IICRC guidelines, and deliver excellent customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities Assess property damage caused by water, fire, mold, or weather. Perform all water mitigation and extraction services. Decontaminate and deodorize affected indoor spaces. Monitor, manage, and complete drying processes. Conduct detailed cleaning of structures and contents. Document all work in company software applications. Provide excellent customer service that encourages positive reviews. Communicate regularly with management and office personnel. Requirements Qualifications Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (for company vehicles). Minimum of 1 year of mitigation experience. Must be drug-free (company policy). Comfortable working in various field conditions (all weather and environments). Ability to stand for entire shifts. Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills. Proficient with hand and power tools. Willing to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
