Are you a Montessori-trained educator passionate about guiding curious and active toddlers? Do you enjoy creating environments where young children thrive through exploration and independence, all within a vibrant Spanish immersion setting? Paché Montessori is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for our toddler classroom (2-year-olds), focused on fostering joyful learning experiences and meaningful growth.

YOUR ROLE

As our Toddler Lead Teacher, you will guide a classroom of inquisitive 2-year-olds, implementing the Montessori method in a Spanish-immersion environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish a Prepared Environment: Create and maintain a classroom setting that reflects Montessori values—orderly, child-centered, and safe.
• Spanish Immersion Curriculum: Consistently speak Spanish with children, integrating language seamlessly into daily routines, lessons, songs, and storytelling.
• Observe & Guide: Track each child’s progress and needs through careful observation, offering individualized lessons at the right time.
• Care Routines: Oversee daily routines—snack, lunch, toileting/diapering, rest—using these opportunities to build independence and language skills.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open, respectful, and proactive communication with parents or guardians regarding their child’s growth, milestones, and daily experiences.
• Collaborative Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers, ensuring consistency in the Montessori and Spanish immersion approaches.
