We’re building a brand-new Loyalty team and are looking for a Lead Engineer to lead the team to success. You’ll lead a team of engineers to deliver a small suite of backend services supporting features like Loyalty Points , & Customer Offers.
Your first task will be to set the team up for success —creating the right team environment, encouraging positive team behaviours and effectively implement NewDays Agile ways of working.
This is a hands-on lead engineer role . You’ll be actively involved in design, architecture decisions and delivery; while also ensuring that your team continuously improves the product from both a technical and customer perspective . As a Lead Engineer, you’ll take ownership of:
