Responsibilities

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance, design, development, and enhancement of our Global Network Infrastructure. As part of a cohesive global team, you will play a key role in achieving significant engineering milestones aligned with our organization’s growth objectives. This includes optimizing service delivery through robust SLO (Service Level Objective) metrics, implementing automation strategies, and expanding our enterprise network footprint. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert across various aspects of our infrastructure services. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, execution, deployment, operational support, and documentation.
This role will play a vital part in managing, maintaining, and upgrading existing infrastructure to ensure continuous and resilient operation.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Design, install, and configure networking equipment and security systems for new office build-outs
  • Serve as an escalation point for our Global IT Service Desk team to resolve complex system issues by troubleshooting performance and network-related issues on wired and WIFi
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Service Desk, Workplace Experience, Security, Development, Project Managers, Engineering, and vendors to execute projects
  • Develop and implement automation, improvements, policies, and procedures to enhance infrastructure security and posture
  • Monitor, respond to, support, and conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses for network infrastructure-related incidents
  • Report on infrastructure activity logs, performance, availability, operational metrics, alerts, and threats
  • Conduct compliance audits
  • Regularly contribute to documentation and the Knowledge Base
  • Travel to global sites as needed to support office infrastructure builds and maintenance
