Experience in successfully managing and providing quality assurance for processes bound by legislation that are time critical. Experience in operational process development and management. Proven track record in leading team to achieve business objectives in an environment with tight deadlines, high stakeholder expectations and strict legislative requirements. The ability to make sound, high-stakes decisions and stand by them. Track record in providing professional customer service to external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload effectively. Resilience and adaptability to manage changing priorities and demands. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
