The role of Clinical Lead Nurse is mainly Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to work occasional weekends.

THE IDEAL CLINICAL LEAD WILL:

• Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and nursing home experience in a senior role
• Have experience in managing or mentoring staff.
• Have worked as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy or Manager within a Care Home.
• Possess people management experience.
• Be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
