This is a varied and multi-faceted role that requires a high level of experience and expertise. The aim is to maximise the potential for organ donation whilst providing excellent care for donors and their families.
This unique role provides you will opportunities to develop yourself, both as part of a regional team and as an individual autonomous practitioner. This essential role will impact on all stages of the donation process and ultimately in the number of life-saving transplants and as such is a rewarding and satisfying role.

WHAT WE OFFER:
In the role of Lead Nurse (each Region has between 2 5 Team Managers) you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality cost-effective services within the Organ Donation Organisation. Your responsibilities will include: -
You will be required to participate in a 24 hour, 365 days per year on call rota and maintain clinical credibility by being up to date in all aspects of organ donation.
