Then Pathway Family Services has the job for you! We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Nurse to add to our team! All you need is a license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or higher equivalent in the State of Kansas is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Experience working as an APRN or previous experience working with children with a mental health diagnosis in a residential facility is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and must meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency vehicles and/or transporting clients. A Day in The Life as a Lead Nurse At Pathways, our Lead Nurse will identify physical, social, and emotional health needs of clients and families through systematic assessments. The Lead Nurse will develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care that includes interventions and treatments to attain expected outcomes and standards as set forth in applicable federal, state and accreditation agency standards as well as Agency Policies and Procedures.
